Jeremy was among the first Apple Community Specialists, helping shape online support strategy while guiding customers through technical challenges.
After relocating to Lakeland, Florida, he continued to expand his expertise, completing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the FAMU‑FSU College of Engineering. Today, Jeremy blends creative insight with technical precision, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to every project he undertakes.
