Jeremy Van Doren is a writer and systems engineer whose career spans creative, technical, and customer‑focused roles. He studied at Miami-Dade College before earning his BA in Creative Writing from Florida State University.

Jeremy was among the first Apple Community Specialists, helping shape online support strategy while guiding customers through technical challenges.

After relocating to Lakeland, Florida, he continued to expand his expertise, completing a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the FAMU‑FSU College of Engineering. Today, Jeremy blends creative insight with technical precision, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to every project he undertakes.
